RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND OR HAVE ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE

We promise to exchange or refund the original purchase price of any item you are not completely satisfied with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND OR HAVE ORDERED WRONG SIZE

We will refund the full purchase price to the original method of payment, less any postage costs incurred. You will be responsible for paying postage costs for returning your item to us. Postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend all products are returned by a tracked/signed for service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

RETURNS IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

We promise to exchange or refund the original purchase price and postage costs of any item that is deemed to be damaged or faulty when you return it to us within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

SHIPPING IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED/FAULTY

You will be responsible for paying postage costs for returning your item in the first instance. If, once the goods are inspected, they are proven to be faulty a full refund of both inbound and reasonable outbound (your return) postage costs will be added to the full purchase price of the product. We recommend all products are returned by a tracked/signed for service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the post.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Please see above for postage cost refund details.

Please note that refund of payment can take 7-10 working days from receipt of your garment

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

Your items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags/labels intact and in an unworn condition. You must also include the dispatch note/receipt that was received from us in the package. Please note that if any tags/labels are removed from the item, we will not be able to refund or exchange unless the item is deemed faulty.
